Smyl Seekr collects only the content you create:

• Your Daily Smile: The smiley face you draw each day.
• Your Journal Entry: The text you write about what made you smile.

We DO NOT collect any personal information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, or location.

2. How We Use and Store Your Information

• Local Storage: All your entries (drawings and text) are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud service. This means we, the developers of Smyl Seekr, cannot see, access, or read your entries.
• App Functionality: The information is used solely to provide the app's core features, such as displaying your daily entries and showing your smile history in the calendar view.

3. Information Sharing

We do not share your information with anyone. Period.

The only way your information is shared is if you choose to do so.

• User-Initiated Sharing: The app includes a feature that allows you to export a specific daily entry as an image. This action is entirely voluntary. When you use this feature, you are in control of where that image is shared (e.g., via messaging apps, social media, or email).

4. Data Security

Because your data is stored locally on your device, its security is protected by the security features of your phone's operating system (iOS). We recommend you use a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect your device.

If you delete the app, all your stored entries will be permanently deleted as well.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
